§ 4 Delivery and forwarding expenses
Unless arranged differently delivery follows ex warehouse to the delivery address given by the purchaser. Statements about the delivery time are without obligation. The delivery follows by parcel service.
Up to an order value (value of ordered goods) of € 75,-- the forwarding expenses for a delivery towards Austria come to € 4,--. Beyond € 75,-- we deliver within Austria for free.
For deliveries to other countries we are charging you the following forwarding expenses:

§ 5 Maturity, payment and default
The purchaser is able to pay the purchase price per paypal, per cash card (clearing for online-payment by your bank necessary), per credit card or per direct debiting scheme (from Austria, the Netherlands and Germany). If the customer gets into arrears, hafesan is authorised to claim default interest of 8% above the base rate p.a. disclosed by the European Central Bank, lawyer’s fees, default expenses and expenses of collection. If a higher damage caused by delay is verifiably arisen for hafesan, hafesan is authorised to assert it.
